Governance Framework
Given the urgency of the NOFO proposal, codifying the formal governance structure for the Tech Hub will occur after Nov. 7th. An interim structure has been proposed to support the PNW MTTH Tech Hub NOFO.

Capital Access Coordination
Because clear communication is comparatively more compelling to capital, we are seeking comments on an initial assessment of industry structure. This work illuminates and organizes the ecosystem to lower barriers to initial investment.
